Office worker (m/f/d) for 20-40 hours
The Lichtblickhof is unique. It is a place for families whose child is affected by an incurable and life-shortening illness.
We are now looking for reinforcements for our diverse and family-oriented team! Create a secure basis with us to give children and their families “rays of hope” in times of crisis!
These are your exciting tasks with us:
- Support in everyday organizational matters
- Support in sponsor and donor support,
- Submitting grants and applications
- Maintenance of the existing CRM database
- Support for corporate volunteering days in agricultural environments
- Organisation of seminars, therapy sessions, charity events and donations
- Office telephone support
This is what matters to us:
- Experience in the field of organization
- Very good linguistic expression and communication skills
- Perfect knowledge of spoken and written German
- Very good MS Office knowledge, experience in dealing with databases is an advantage
- Commitment, empathy and heart for affected families in crisis situations
- High hands-on mentality as well as teamwork and structured working methods
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments
- Main place of work is Vienna, but willingness to work at both locations (Vienna and Lower Austria)
- Driving license B an advantage
