We hope you and your families are safe! Our thoughts are with those living in the disaster area!
We wanted to give you a status report from Lichtblickhof give: we had GIANT
Luckily no one is hurt, all children, families and shaking horses
, excited dogs
, frightened cats
, freezing rabbits
and dripping wet sheep
are well, but still 72 hours of work without compromise in ![]()
pouring rain, we are tired and yet satisfied with what we have achieved: Unfortunately, the basement of the hospice apartments was very flooded
, Things are looking better in the stables and thanks to everyone who made it possible for us to build the Guardian Angel stables, all the horses and sheep were able to be housed in dry conditions! Diverting the water, calming the agitated animals, getting water out of the cellar, repairing things, finding out what was broken in the water is not over yet, but we are confident that we have overcome the worst, we do not yet know what costs we will incur.
NO ONE had easy days and if you consider the neighbors and the situation around the Lichtblickhof NÖ (and in other areas) one is only GRATEFUL
! Especially for all the buildings that were built THANKS TO YOUR support and were able to withstand all the chaos
.
Of course we are still cleaning up
and remove mud masses, helpers always come to help
Thank you,
that we KNOW you are with us in this crisis!
We send you all stardust ![]()
and rain
Stop greetings!
Your team from Lichtblickhof
