Our show group at the Apropos horse

Over the next few days, our full attention and positive energy will be focused on the show group. Because on Thursday, October 6th at 11:35 am, the time has come: Our show group (also known as an inclusive theatre group) will perform again at Apropos Pferd.

For weeks, our diverse group has been rehearsing: seven children, six therapy horses, and three dogs. Everyone brings their own unique skills and talents. It doesn't matter who you are in everyday life. Everyone finds their place on stage. We rehearse, craft props, and choose music. And we support and encourage each other – because, of course, nervousness sets in before such a big performance.

It's not just the artistic and therapeutic preparations that require attention. A performance like this demands a great deal of planning in every aspect. Our animals not only need to be properly equipped, but also loaded, fed, and cared for. After all, the show should be enjoyable for the therapy horses and dogs as well.

All this effort and stage fright are forgotten when we see the children beaming with happiness and joy . The moment their illness or sorrow becomes secondary; when they enjoy their applause and are simply proud of what they have accomplished together.
